Your Wall Posting Preferences
Is possible to allow open access to your facebook page, so, the customers can leave posts, but remember that allowing open access anyone can post, and not all the post will be good, there are always negative posts from the customers, but use this opportunity to show your customers how you deal with criticism.
In case that you don't want to allow open access just allow your administrators post, you can do this choosing Edit Page from your Admin panel. Then choose Edit Settings. From there, edit the Posting Ability tab and decide if you want everyone to be able to post on your page, or if you want to allow only your page admins to post.
Determine What’s Working for Your Page
Try to use Facebook's Insights to see what actually drives engagement to your page, this will help you to give your fans what they really want, checking Insights regularly will stay you on track.
Assign Admin Roles
There are five different administrator roles in facebook:
- Manager
- Content creator
